• Creates a civil division and criminal division within the Florida Supreme Court, with detailed definitions of case types assigned to each division based on constitutional jurisdiction.

• Reorganizes and consolidates Supreme Court administrative provisions by repealing outdated statutes related to terms, retired justices, clerk duties, marshal compensation, and library operations while consolidating related provisions into amended sections.

• Establishes the Supreme Court Building location at 2000 Drayton Drive, Tallahassee, and grants the marshal authority to allocate space within the building instead of the justices.

• Increases the Judicial Qualifications Commission membership from 13 to 15 members and exempts the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund from provisions allowing transfer of unappropriated cash balances to other funds.
