Creates law enforcement memorial designations including Deputy Hal P. Croft and Deputy Ronald Jackson Memorial Highway in Union County, Duval County Law Enforcement Memorial Overpass, and Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Sgt. Nicholas G. Sottile Memorial in Highlands County

Establishes multiple road designations in Miami-Dade County honoring community figures and organizations, including Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet Boulevard, Senator Javier D. Souto Way, BRIGADA 2506 STREET (Carlos Rodriguez Santana), and Miami Medical Team Way

Designates roads and bridges in various counties including Edna S. Hargrett-Thrower Avenue (Orange County), Ben G. Watts Highway (Washington County), Alma Lee Loy Bridge (Indian River County), and Coach Jimmy Carnes Boulevard (Alachua County)

Amends chapter 2010-230, Laws of Florida, to correct boundary descriptions for Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard and Father Gerard Jean-Juste Street in Miami-Dade County, and directs the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers for all designations
