Designates April 17, 2011, as "Bay of Pigs Memorial Day" in Florida to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1961 invasion.

Recognizes the approximately 1,500 men of American and Cuban origin trained and equipped by the United States who landed on Cuba's southern coast on April 17, 1961.

Acknowledges that nearly 100 men died during the invasion, with some captured and immediately executed, and most remaining forces imprisoned for approximately 20 months before being ransomed by President John F. Kennedy.

Expresses respect and admiration for all members of Brigada de Asalto 2506 (Assault Brigade 2506), both living and deceased, and supports their desire for the liberation of Cuba from Communist dictatorship.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Brigada de Asalto 2506 as recognition of the sentiments expressed in the resolution.
