Honors the 2010 Lincoln "Trojans" High School Football Team for winning the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 4A State Championship on December 18, 2010, at the Florida Citrus Bowl with a 17-14 victory over Armwood High School.

Recognizes the team's 11-4 season record and their designation as one of Florida's select "Elite" football programs and the only such program in North Florida.

Acknowledges Head Coach Yusuf Shakir's leadership and the team's demonstration of skill, dedication, sportsmanship, and competitiveness throughout the season.

Notes this is the Trojans' third Florida High School Athletic Association State Championship, following titles in 1999 and 2001.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to the team as recognition of their accomplishments and contributions to student athletics and the community.
