Authorizes City of Ft. Lauderdale to appropriate and pay $600,000 to Angela Isham individually and as co-personal representative of David Isham's estate for his death caused by police negligence during a November 2001 vehicle pursuit.

City of Ft. Lauderdale had already paid $200,000 of a $1,435,219.25 judgment entered February 1, 2008; this bill directs payment of the additional $600,000 from city funds.

Establishes that the total payment under this act plus the amount previously paid under Florida Statutes section 768.28 constitute sole compensation for all claims arising from David Isham's death.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to no more than 25 percent of the $600,000 amount awarded under this act.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
