Establishes the "Stillbirth and SUID Education and Awareness Act" requiring the State Surgeon General to implement a culturally appropriate public health campaign focused on reducing risk factors for sudden unexpected infant death (SUID) and sudden unexplained death in childhood (SUDC).

Requires the State Surgeon General to conduct a needs assessment of personnel, training, and resources available in Florida for investigating stillbirth, SUID, and SUDC cases and develop guidelines for improving collaboration and postmortem evaluations.

Mandates development of behavioral surveys for women who experience stillbirth or sudden infant death, expansion of technical assistance to local communities, and evidence-based public education programs addressing disparities among racial and ethnic groups.

Requires the State Surgeon General to establish a 12-member task force by September 1, 2011, consisting of pediatric health care providers, scientists, maternal and child health program employees, and parents to develop a research plan on causes and prevention of stillbirth, SUID, and SUDC.

Requires submission of a progress report to the Governor and legislature by October 1, 2013, with the act taking effect July 1, 2011.
