Allows courts to seal a second criminal history record if the person has had only one prior sealing or expunction and has not been arrested during the 5-year period before applying for the certificate.

Establishes that a person seeking a second sealing cannot have previously sealed or expunged a criminal history record involving the same offense to which the new petition relates.

Requires applicants for second sealing to obtain a certificate of eligibility from the Department of Law Enforcement and comply with all other existing requirements under section 943.059.

Maintains existing prohibitions on sealing records for sexual offenses, predicate offenses for sexual predator registration, and other specified serious crimes.

Takes effect July 1, 2011, and may be cited as the "Jim King Keep Florida Working Act."
