Annual use fees from Choose Life license plates are distributed to Choose Life, Inc. instead of individual counties, with a report specifying each county's proportional share of fees collected.

Choose Life, Inc. redistributes funds to nongovernmental, not-for-profit agencies within each Florida county that assist pregnant women making an adoption plan.

Recipient agencies must use funds for material needs of pregnant women and birth mothers for 60 days after delivery, including clothing, housing, medical care, food, utilities, and transportation.

Choose Life, Inc. may use up to 15 percent of total annual funds for administration and promotion of the license plate program; funds may also support adoption-related counseling and training.

If no qualified agencies apply in a county, that county's funds are distributed pro rata to qualified agencies within a 100-mile radius of the county seat, or held by Choose Life, Inc. until an eligible agency applies.
