Prohibits using a massage establishment license for lewdness, assignation, or prostitution at any massage establishment location, structure, trailer, or conveyance

Establishes escalating penalties for violations: second-degree misdemeanor for first offense, first-degree misdemeanor for second offense, and third-degree felony for third or subsequent offenses

Adds third or subsequent violations of massage establishment documentation and prostitution-related offenses to Level 5 of the Criminal Punishment Code severity ranking chart

Effective date of October 1, 2011
