Requires dentists and dental hygienists to complete a dental workforce survey upon license renewal beginning in 2012, providing information about education, practice location, employment numbers, patient volume, and services offered.

Establishes that license renewal is not initially contingent on survey completion in 2012, but subsequent renewals cannot occur without survey submission.

Authorizes the Board of Dentistry to issue nondisciplinary citations to licensees who fail to complete the survey within 90 days after license renewal.

Designates the Department of Health as the coordinating body to collect, maintain, and disseminate dental workforce data, working with an advisory body that includes the State Surgeon General, dental school deans, and representatives from professional dental associations.

Allows professional corporations or limited liability companies composed of dentists to pay for prescription drugs obtained by practitioners licensed under chapter 466, and adds a representative nominated by the Florida Dental Association to the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation board of directors.
