Requires courts to revoke the driver's license for 1-5 years for any juvenile adjudicated delinquent for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.

Prohibits courts from suspending, deferring, or withholding an adjudication of delinquency for juveniles who flee or attempt to elude law enforcement.

Amends section 316.1935 of Florida Statutes to apply existing penalty provisions to juvenile offenders in addition to adult convictions.

Effective October 1, 2011.
