Revises the list of controlled substances in Florida Schedules I through V by adding and modifying various drugs

Adds four new hallucinogenic substances to Schedule I: Alpha-Methyltryptamine, 1-(1-Phenylcyclohexyl) pyrrolidine, 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-(n)-Propylthiophenethylamine, 5-Methoxy-N, N-Diisopropyltryptamine, and N-Benzylpiperazine

Adds Dihydroetorphine to Schedule II opioids and adds Lisdexamfetamine and Remifentanil as Schedule II controlled substances

Adds Embutramide to Schedule III depressants and adds seven substances to Schedule IV including sleep aids (Zolpidem, Zopiclone, Zaleplon) and other drugs (Modafinil, Sibutramine, Dichloralphenazone, Petrichloral)

Adds Buprenorphine and Pregabalin to Schedule V narcotic drugs and updates grammatical language throughout the statute; effective July 1, 2011
