Creates Section 828.126 of Florida Statutes prohibiting sexual conduct and sexual contact with animals, defined as touching, fondling, or penetration of an animal's sex organs or anus for sexual gratification or arousal of a person.

Makes it illegal to knowingly engage in sexual conduct or contact with an animal, cause or abet another person to do so, permit such acts on premises under one's control, or organize, promote, conduct, or advertise such acts for commercial or recreational purposes.

Establishes violations as a first-degree misdemeanor punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Exempts accepted animal husbandry practices, conformation judging practices, and accepted veterinary medical practices from the prohibition.

Takes effect October 1, 2011.
