Revises chiropractic faculty certificate requirements to allow part-time appointments and research positions at accredited colleges or state universities.

Modifies continuing education approval to allow (rather than require) board approval of courses from chiropractic colleges and prohibits approval of courses promoting specific brand products or services.

Requires chiropractic physicians to preserve identity of patient funds exceeding $501 and limits advances for costs and expenses to $1,500.

Establishes registration system for chiropractic assistants effective April 1, 2012, with biennial renewal fee not to exceed $25, and authorizes assistants to operate therapeutic office equipment.

Expands entities allowed to employ chiropractic physicians to include health maintenance organizations, prepaid health clinics, limited liability companies, and others; allows authorized employers to control patient records, pricing, and office personnel decisions.
