Increases Criminal Punishment Code scoresheet total sentence points threshold from 52 to 60 points for eligibility in postadjudicatory treatment-based drug court programs across multiple statutes.

Requires judges presiding over drug court programs to hear all violations of probation or community control for drug court participants, removing the previous restriction limiting this to failed or suspect substance abuse test violations only.

Expands eligibility for postadjudicatory drug court programs to defendants who violate probation or community control for reasons beyond failed substance abuse tests.

Clarifies that treatment-based drug court programs may include postadjudicatory programs provided under sections 948.01, 948.06, and 948.20.

Takes effect July 1, 2011, and applies to offenses committed on or after July 1, 2009.
