Requires each lottery ticket retailer to provide assistance to blind or visually impaired individuals who request help filling out lottery tickets

Defines "assistance" as inputting and printing lottery tickets based on verbal or written instructions from the blind or visually impaired customer

Shields retailers and their employees from liability for errors in filling out tickets, except in cases of intentional fraud or malice as determined by a court

Clarifies existing accessibility requirements by restructuring subsection (13) of section 24.112, F.S. to separate physical accessibility standards from the new assistance provision

Effective date is July 1, 2011
