Direct the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers to develop an automated notification system allowing petitioners to request alerts when protective injunctions are served against respondents.

Require automated notice to be delivered within 12 hours of service, including the date, time, and location where the injunction was served.

Apply the automated notification requirement to injunctions for domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, and dating violence.

Require the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers to seek available grants to fund development of the automated notification process.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
