Exempts performing arts centers from obtaining Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco approval of their volunteer officers or directors when the center has a direct or indirect interest in an alcoholic beverage license

Amends section 561.15, Florida Statutes to add performing arts centers (as defined in section 561.01) to the list of entities not requiring division approval of officers, directors, or changes in such positions

Amends section 561.17, Florida Statutes to apply the same exemption for performing arts centers' volunteer officers and directors in license application requirements

Effective date is July 1, 2011
