Authorizes the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to sell naming rights for public school facilities and commercial advertising space on school buses or facilities to private businesses, subject to district school board approval.

Requires 95 percent of revenue from naming rights and advertising contracts to be remitted to district school boards for school district revenue enhancement, with the office retaining 5 percent.

Empowers each district school board to establish requirements for facility naming and advertising that are age and content appropriate and do not interfere with student safety.

Allows district school boards to determine how revenue generated from these contracts will be used within their school districts.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
