Amends section 744.7082, Florida Statutes, to revise the public records exemption for donor information to the direct-support organization for the Statewide Public Guardianship Office

Changes language to specify that "personal identifying information" of donors or prospective donors who wish to remain anonymous is confidential and exempt from public records requirements

Removes superfluous language regarding donor funds or property and requirements to maintain anonymity in publications

Repeals section 2 of chapter 2006-179, Laws of Florida, which had previously provided for repeal of the donor exemption
