Fire-fighting equipment and motor vehicles designed for use by fire departments, independent special fire control districts, or volunteer fire departments are exempt from height, width, weight, length, and load restrictions in chapter 316, Florida Statutes

Exemption applies to motor vehicles and attached apparatus being operated by manufacturers or sales organizations for purposes of sale, demonstration, exhibit, or delivery to fire departments, independent special fire control districts, or volunteer fire departments
