Amends Florida Statutes section 718.303 to specify which common elements a condominium association may suspend for delinquent unit owners.

Lists specific common elements that may be suspended for owners delinquent more than 90 days, including recreation facilities, pools, gyms, meeting rooms, cable television service, Internet service, and valet service.

Excludes from suspension limited common elements for exclusive unit use, elements necessary to access the unit, electric and water utility services to the unit, parking spaces, and elevators.

Maintains existing requirements that associations provide at least 14 days' written notice and a hearing before a committee of non-board unit owners before imposing any fine or suspension.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
