Authorizes the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue an alcoholic beverage license to the City of Tampa for use in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park (600 North Ashley Drive) and Kiley Garden Park (500 North Ashley Drive)

Permits sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption within the park buildings and adjoining grounds only, prohibiting sales in sealed containers for off-premises consumption

Requires the City of Tampa to pay applicable license fees under Florida Statutes section 565.02

Allows the City of Tampa to transfer the license to qualified food service vendors under contract with the city, with automatic reversion of the license to the city upon termination of the vendor's contract

Takes effect upon becoming law
