Requires public food service establishments to serve sugar-free substitutes for pancake or waffle syrup and fruit preserves including jelly, jam, and marmalade.

Mandates notice of sugar-free substitute availability be included on the establishment's food menu.

Requires prominent display of notices in all locations where foods served with these syrups or preserves are advertised, including food menus, overhead menus at service counters, drive-through window menus, and establishment signage.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
