Requires landlords or mortgagors to tender all advance rent and security deposit funds to the court registry or foreclosing entity upon filing of foreclosure, with funds to remain held for tenants' benefit.

Makes it theft under Florida law for landlords, mortgagors, or their agents to knowingly fail to comply with security deposit and advance rent requirements.

Allows immediate purchasers of foreclosed residential properties to terminate existing tenant rental agreements with 90-day written notice, except when the foreclosed mortgagor or their family member occupies the property.

Exempts termination rights if the immediate purchaser intends to sell to a buyer who will occupy it as primary residence, allowing only 90-day notice in that case.

Requires immediate purchasers to credit tenants' accounts for any security deposits and advance rent paid to the previous owner, provided the tenant supplies evidence of amounts paid.

This section expires December 31, 2013.
