Defines the market area or competitive area for comparable mobile home parks as the county where the subject park is located plus any contiguous counties.

Designates the prospectus, offering circular, and mobile home expense disclosure document as disclosure documents intended to protect homeowners and prospective homeowners.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
