Amends Section 589.19, Florida Statutes to establish "Wounded Warrior special hunt areas" on state forest lands designated by the Division of Forestry for disabled veterans.

Limits use of these special hunt areas to eligible veterans and persons required to assist them due to disability.

Establishes eligibility criteria requiring veterans to have either a service-connected disability as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or have been discharged from military service due to a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty.

Provides funding for specialized accommodations through the Friends of Florida State Forests Program created in Section 589.012.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
