Permits Martin County to apply for designation of one enterprise zone encompassing up to 10 square miles in the primary urban services boundary area, focusing on Indiantown while excluding specific properties.

Requires Martin County to exempt residential condominiums from state enterprise zone incentives within the designated zone unless prohibited by law.

Sets application deadline of December 31, 2011 for Martin County and requires the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to establish initial effective dates for enterprise zones designated under this act, effective January 1, 2012.
