Authorizes issuance of Combat Infantry Badge special license plates to Florida residents who are recipients of the Combat Infantry Badge, upon application and proof of membership in the Combat Infantrymen's Association, Inc., or other proof of badge receipt.

Combat Infantry Badge plate holders must pay the standard license tax and will receive plates stamped with "Combat Infantry Badge" followed by the license plate serial number.

Proceeds from Combat Infantry Badge plate sales follow the same distribution as other military special plates: first $100,000 annually to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund, with additional revenue deposited into the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund.

Effective October 1, 2011.
