Creates section 496.4145 in Florida Statutes to regulate unattended donation bins operated by charitable organizations.

Requires each donation bin to display signage with the charitable organization's name, logo or trademark, local physical address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Mandates that the charitable organization receive at least 50 percent of donated property, or 50 percent of sale proceeds if the property is processed and sold by a for-profit business.

Defines "unattended donation bin" as a receptacle not located adjacent to or on property where the charitable organization operates an attended facility during business hours.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
