Creates section 768.0895, F.S., establishing liability limitations for employers of persons with developmental disabilities.

Employers are not liable for acts or omissions of employees with developmental disabilities who receive supported employment services, provided the employer has no actual notice of unsafe workplace conditions created by the employee.

Supported employment service providers are not liable for actions or conduct of persons with developmental disabilities occurring within the scope of employment.

Defines "developmental disability" by reference to section 393.063, F.S., and "supported employment service provider" as a not-for-profit public or private organization providing supported employment services.

Effective July 1, 2011, and applies to causes of action occurring on or after that date.
