• Renames the "Division of Forestry" within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as the "Florida Forest Service" and replaces all references to "division" with "agency" throughout Florida Statutes.

• Updates approximately 60 Florida Statutes sections to reflect the new organizational name, including provisions related to forest management, fire protection, state forests, and community forests.

• Makes conforming changes to statutes governing special risk pension membership for aerial firefighting surveillance pilots employed by the renamed agency.

• Applies effective July 1, 2011.
