Adds definitions for "Agency" (Agency for Workforce Innovation) and "Member of the individual's immediate family" (spouse, parent, or minor child) to unemployment compensation statutes.

Prohibits denying unemployment benefits solely because an individual is available for only part-time work, defined as hours comparable to those worked during the majority of the base period.

Expands the definition of "good cause" for voluntarily leaving work to include domestic violence (verified by documentation), illness or disability of immediate family members, and spouse relocation due to employment change.

Replaces references to "Agency for Workforce Innovation" with "agency" throughout the statute for conforming cross-references.

Makes minor technical corrections to agricultural commodity references and grammatical edits throughout the unemployment compensation code, effective July 1, 2011.
