Creates section 290.00726, F.S., authorizing the City of Palm Bay to apply for one enterprise zone designation in the northeast portion of the city.

Enterprise zone area must not exceed 5 square miles and application must be submitted by December 31, 2012.

Application must comply with requirements of section 290.0055 and the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development must establish the effective date.

Exempts the Palm Bay enterprise zone from section 290.0065 limitations on total number of enterprise zones and zones within population categories.

Effective date: January 1, 2012.
