Exempts persons issued a permit, license, or authorization to take game or fur-bearing animals on private land from Florida's hunter safety course requirements under s. 379.3581.

Modifies s. 379.3581 to reference the new exemption in s. 379.353(3), allowing those with private land authorizations to hunt without completing the mandated safety course.

Directs the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to adopt rules for issuing permits, licenses, or authorizations to take game or fur-bearing animals on private land.

Requires rules to include a person's affirmation that they understand the permit restrictions, are of legal age, and are knowledgeable in hunting safety.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
