Authorizes Florida school districts to place commercial advertisements on the exterior of school buses according to board policies, with advertisers required to reimburse all costs of installation, maintenance, and storage.

Prohibits advertisements that promote alcohol or tobacco, are discriminatory or sexual in nature, are politically related, are false or misleading, or distract from safety equipment.

Limits advertisements to a maximum of two per bus, each no larger than 2 feet high by 6 feet long, and prohibits digital or electronic signage or placement on emergency doors or bus back.

Requires revenue from advertising contracts be allocated as follows: 50 percent to transportation, 40 percent to other district programs, and 10 percent to driver education programs (with 30 percent of that for behind-the-wheel instruction).

Mandates that any school bus violating these requirements be withdrawn from service until it complies with all specifications.
