Adds dextromethorphan and related compounds to Florida's retail sales regulations previously limited to ephedrine and pseudoephedrine.

Prohibits retail sale of nonprescription products containing dextromethorphan in amounts exceeding 3.6 grams per day, three packages per transaction, or 9 grams per 30-day period.

Requires products containing dextromethorphan be displayed only behind checkout counters or in areas inaccessible to the general public.

Mandates retail employees complete training on state and federal regulations before selling products containing dextromethorphan or related compounds.

Establishes criminal penalties: second-degree misdemeanor for first offense, first-degree misdemeanor for second offense, and third-degree felony for third or subsequent offenses.
