Exempts photographs, videotapes, or images of any body part of sexual offense victims from public records disclosure, regardless of whether the image identifies the victim.

Applies to images created or broadcast by video voyeurs involving sexual offenses under chapters 794, 796, 800, 810.145, 827, or 847.

Allows law enforcement to disclose exempt information only for official duties, locating missing or endangered persons, or to other government agencies, with disclosures limited to identification information without disclosing the sexual nature of the offense.

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2016 unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Becomes effective July 1, 2011.
