Amends the definition of "sexual activity" in Florida Statutes section 800.04 to include anal or vaginal penetration by any object, removing language that limited the definition.

Establishes lewd or lascivious battery as a second-degree felony when a person engages in sexual activity with someone 12-15 years of age or encourages/forces minors under 16 to engage in sexual acts, sadomasochism, bestiality, or prostitution.

Defines lewd or lascivious exhibition as intentionally masturbating, exposing genitals lewdly, or committing sexual acts without physical contact in the presence of a minor under 16 years of age.

Penalties for violations are provided under existing Florida statutes 775.082, 775.083, and 775.084.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
