Changes terminology from "nonregistered" to "unregistered" pain-management clinics in Florida medical practice statutes (ss. 458.327 and 459.013).

Makes persons convicted of, pleading guilty to, or having adjudication withheld for knowingly operating, owning, or managing an unregistered pain-management clinic subject to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act.

Adds unregistered pain-management clinics to the definition of "contraband article" under s. 932.701, including real property, personal property, and vehicles acquired through proceeds from such illegal operation.

Requires forfeiture proceeds from unregistered pain-management clinic cases to be deposited into the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund within the Department of Revenue.

Takes effect October 1, 2011.
