Creates public records exemptions for home addresses, telephone numbers, and photographs of certified emergency medical technicians and paramedics as defined in section 401.23.

Extends exemptions to home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, and places of employment of spouses and children of EMTs and paramedics, and names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Exempts this information from public records inspection and copying requirements under section 119.07(1) and article I, section 24(a) of the Florida Constitution.

Makes the exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and establishes a repeal date of October 2, 2016, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts the provision.

Establishes a public necessity statement finding that disclosure of such identifying and location information could endanger EMTs, paramedics, and their family members from disgruntled persons involved in incidents they responded to.
