Expands pharmacist authority to administer influenza vaccine to adults 18+, varicella zoster vaccine to adults 60+, and pneumococcal vaccine to adults 65+, previously limited to influenza only.

Authorizes pharmacy interns to administer the same vaccines and epinephrine autoinjections under a pharmacist's supervision and with proper certification.

Allows pharmacists and pharmacy interns to administer epinephrine autoinjections to adults 18+ experiencing anaphylactic reactions.

Requires pharmacists and interns to complete 20 hours of continuing education approved by the Board of Pharmacy, Board of Medicine, and Board of Osteopathic Medicine for vaccine and epinephrine administration certification.

Maintains existing requirements for $200,000 professional liability insurance, written protocols with supervising physicians, 5-year patient record maintenance, and submission of protocols to the Board of Pharmacy; effective July 1, 2011.
