Establishes the Gynecologic and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Program within the Department of Health to provide education and awareness about gynecologic cancers.

Requires the Department of Health to disseminate information on gynecologic cancer signs, symptoms, risk factors, early detection, and treatment options through its website and other media formats, contingent on appropriated funding.

Directs the department to develop and distribute public service announcements emphasizing early warning signs of gynecologic cancers and encouraging women to discuss risks with healthcare providers.

Mandates creation of a Women's Gynecologic Cancer Information Advisory Council to be appointed by October 1, 2011, meeting at least biannually with representation from healthcare professionals, providers, consumers, patients, and nonprofit organizations focused on gynecologic cancers.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
