Removes obsolete references to the Department of Labor and Employment Security throughout Florida Statutes, updating references to the Agency for Workforce Innovation or Department of Management Services as appropriate.

Updates references to the Department of Commerce to refer instead to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development.

Repeals 13 sections of the asbestos management program (ss. 255.551-255.563) and obsolete provisions related to child welfare programs, including the Family Builders Program and foster care demonstration projects.

Eliminates provisions referencing the Florida Trade Data Center and removes requirements for foreign offices to maintain access to the center's services.

Removes a restriction prohibiting federal, state, county, or municipal officers from serving as employees of the Department of Children and Family Services, effective July 1, 2011.
