Defines "primary care provider" as a health care provider offering medical services without referral, including practitioners of family medicine, general medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine.

Authorizes primary care providers to publish and post a schedule of charges for their most frequently provided services (at least 50 services) in a conspicuous 15+ square foot display in their reception area, with prices grouped by up to three price levels.

Exempts primary care providers who publish and maintain such a schedule from continuing education requirements under chapter 456 for a single 2-year period.

Requires primary care provider estimates of charges to be consistent with prices listed on the posted schedule.

Changes language from "in advance of" to "before" and "prior to" to "before" regarding Medicare assignment disclosure and estimate provision timing.
