Authorizes the Parole Commission to order placement of releasees who violate conditional release, control release, conditional medical release, or addiction-recovery supervision into a state prison or local detention facility as a condition of supervision.

Allows the commission to place violators in a state prison or local detention facility for a period not exceeding 22 months for inmates whose offenses were committed on or after July 1, 1995.

Requires the commission to inquire into the inmate's release plan and custody status before expiration of the incarceration term and consider whether to restore supervision, modify conditions, or revoke release.

Mandates a contractual agreement between the county chief correctional officer and Department of Corrections for local detention facility placement, including per diem reimbursement to be paid by the Department of Corrections.

Effective July 1, 2011.
