Adds Career Academy curriculum and Honors ROTC curriculum as alternative pathways to meet high school graduation requirements alongside the existing 24-credit minimum, International Baccalaureate, and Advanced International Certificate of Education options.

Allows students to satisfy one mathematics credit through a rigorous course consistent with their enrolled career program, in addition to existing geometry requirements.

Permits one science credit to be satisfied through a rigorous course consistent with a student's enrolled career program, or through chemistry or physics, rather than only traditional science courses.

Maintains existing ROTC provisions where completion of 2 years in ROTC satisfies both the one-credit physical education requirement and one-credit performing arts requirement.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
