Prohibits possession of any firearm, electric weapon, or other specified device on property owned or operated by a school district, with exceptions for approved firearms programs, career centers with training ranges, and vehicles under certain conditions.

Clarifies that provisions protecting firearm possession in motor vehicles at employer parking lots do not apply to school district property or school grounds.

Bans possession, sale, transfer, and manufacture of high-capacity ammunition feeding devices (defined as magazines or similar devices holding more than 15 rounds) except for law enforcement officers, Florida National Guard members on active duty, and U.S. Armed Forces members.

Allows persons already possessing high-capacity ammunition feeding devices on July 1, 2011, to keep them but prohibits sale or transfer except to authorized individuals.

Makes violations of the high-capacity ammunition feeding device ban a felony of the third degree, effective July 1, 2011.
