Adds definitions for "community service" (volunteer services for nonprofits or public entities through one-stop career centers) and "reemployment services" (job search, placement, skills assessment, career guidance, and community service programs).

Allows unemployed individuals to maintain benefit eligibility while participating in community service programs administered by one-stop career centers, effective for claims where the 12th week of regular benefits falls after July 2, 2011.

Requires unemployed individuals to participate in community service programs as a condition of benefit eligibility under specified circumstances.

Makes technical corrections and renumbers existing definitions in unemployment compensation statute sections 443.036, 443.1216, and 443.131 to incorporate new terms.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
