• Authorizes the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to release digital images to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for identifying subjects under investigation for unlicensed activity.

• Revises continuing education requirements for license reactivation across multiple professions (cosmetology, architecture, landscape architecture, contracting, electrical contractors) to require completion of one renewal cycle instead of multiple years of requirements.

• Replaces references to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice with board-rule-established professional standards for appraisers, effective July 1, 2014.

• Establishes peer review requirements for certified public accounting firms engaged in certain practices, requiring enrollment in approved peer review programs with reviews at least every 3 years, and creates a peer review oversight committee under the Board of Accountancy.

• Extends the deadline for registered contractors to apply for certification from November 1, 2005 to November 1, 2015, and excludes active pharmaceutical ingredients from the definition of "prescription drug" while allowing certain dental professional entities to pay for prescription drugs obtained by licensed dentists.
